Since the release of Vale 3.0.0 the default path for the vocabularies has been moved to .vale/styles/config/vocabularies. Adjust the file locations. For more details please check the release notes of vale 3.0.0 here: https://github.com/errata-ai/vale/releases/tag/v3.0.0
