Jessica Clarke 58fb46dd8f security: Inter-link between SA and EN pages for greater visibility 
Both sets of announcements are important for administrators to be aware
of, so make it more obvious that ENs exist when looking at SAs, and make
it clear that SAs aren't included in the list of ENs.

Mike Karels a8880997e0 14.0 relnotes: fix second instance of BIOS/GPT bootcode requirement 
In the review for the last change, the space requirement for BIOS/GPT
was changed from 256K to 180K.  Change a second instance to correspond.

Mike Karels 692cbd9565 14.0 relnotes: add other cases to bootcode update section 
Address updating bootcode on BIOS-based systems.  Add an intro
with general considerations, and mentioning the cases.  BIOS info

Minsoo Choo 774caa9f46 x86-assembly: Fix link to GNU assembler 
FreeBSD does not include GNU assembler in its base system, so link to
the devel/binutils package. Also mention llvm-as(1).
