Eric Turgeon 3a606b8bdf editors/pluma: switch to GitHub release asset 
Minor versions of 1.28.x are no longer published to the MATE mirror
and are only available on GitHub. Use USE_GITHUB=nodefault with a
release tarball instead of the auto-generated one, as recommended
by the porter's handbook. Remove autoreconf, autoconf-archive,
yelp-tools, and mate-submodules, not needed with release tarballs.
Patch Makefile.in to drop API docs from SUBDIRS. Fix sh_CMD to use
${SH}.

Eric Turgeon e7126e5e3d editors/pluma: switch to GitHub source 
Switch from MATE mirror to GitHub tarball using USE_GITHUB and
GH_ACCOUNT=mate-desktop, add autoreconf, mate-submodules GH_TUPLE,
autoconf-archive, yelp-tools, common:build, patch configure.ac and
docs/reference/Makefile.am to remove gtk-doc, and remove stale API
doc plist entries

Yusuf Yaman bb4abd5974 editors/gobby: Update WWW and MASTER_SITES 
For MASTER_SITES, releases.0x539.de redirects directly to GitHub,
so we are downloading static source archive from GitHub now.
For WWW homepage, it's no longer alive, so replace it with up-to-date one.

Piotr Kubaj 09465f1918 editors/lazarus: add powerpc64* support 
1. Mk/Uses/fpc.mk needs the same treatment as aarch64 since there's no
stable fpc for powerpc64* yet.
2. editors/lazarus/Makefile needs FPC_DEVELSUFFIX for RUN_DEPENDS and
adding powerpc64-freebsd target to ${WRKSRC}/lcl/interfaces/*/Makefile.

Robin Haberkorn 64ae62712c sciteco: updated to v2.5.2 
* SciTECO no longer modifies files after installation, so Poudriere
  builds should be fixed now even without changing BINMODE.
* LTO-support is now an option and disabled by default.
* MALLOC_REPLACEMENT is now the default for FreeBSD, so we added it to OPTIONS_DEFAULT.
* Maintainer address and website updated to their new place at sciteco.fmsbw.de.
